Get ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant sights, sounds, and flavors of Portugal at the 27th edition of our annual festival! Presented by the Nobre Foundation Corp and SolMar Restaurant, this celebration of Portuguese heritage is a can't-miss event in the heart of Newark, NJ.

Event Highlights:
- Indulge in the best traditional Portuguese cuisine.
- Groove to live music performances by renowned artists from Portugal like Toy, Mike da Gaita, Anna Duarte, Miguel Azevedo, Claudia Martins os Minhotos Marotos, Polly & Juliana Victor, and Folk Group Rancho Dança na Eira.
- Engage in interactive family activities in partnership with the Newark Museum of Art and NY Red Bulls Street Style.
- Access community services, including voter registration, Newark City ID, health department services, and more, in partnership with the City of Newark - Mayor Ras Baraka and Municipal Council of Newark.
- Support scholarships for East Side High School students.

Rancho Dança na Eira: Rancho Folclórico Dança na Eira (Fundação Bernardino Coutinho) is dedicated to promoting awareness of Portuguese through vibrant performances of traditional dances and folk music.
Scholarship Donation: This year, Portugal Day Festival is proud to announce the donation of two scholarships totaling $2,000. These scholarships will be invested in more cultural activities for the community, enriching educational opportunities and fostering appreciation for Portuguese heritage.
